PE/PP 薄膜清洗線PE/PP Film Washing Line
該生產線采用歐洲設計，主要用于廢舊 HDPE/LDPE/PP薄膜，編織袋 破碎，清洗，回收；整條生產線包括物料輸送，金屬檢測，破碎粉碎（可帶水），漂洗，高速摩擦清洗，離心脫水，干燥，物料收集包裝等系統；
我公司具有專門為薄膜破碎而研制的薄膜破碎機，粉碎機能有效的將薄膜粉碎，提高產量，粉出的薄膜尺寸細小，有利于后面的清洗干凈；產量高能節約人工河能耗；
同時可配備廢舊薄膜打包機，薄膜包塊剪切機，滾筒篩分系統（能有效將薄膜內部的泥沙，石塊篩分出來，保護后面粉碎機刀片不受損傷）。干燥部分也可以配備本公司新產品薄膜擠干機（用于擠掉薄膜內部水份，能有效提高干燥度，省去電加熱干燥系統，能有效節約用電）
We have many year experience in the waste Film.Sack and so on plastic Recycling machinery manufacturing; This production line adopt the Europe design with high quality. It used to recycling the waste HDPE/LDPE/PP film and sack. The production line including the conveyor belt, metal detector, Plastic crusher(its crushing with water, so can protect the knife and washing the material there),material floating, high speed frication washing, centrifuge dewatering machine, drying system and material collecting, We have special crusher,grinder machine for the film, sack, with special blades design and the mesh design; so the output material is samller size but capacity is higher; It will help the washing the material more cleaning;
And save labor cost and save energy; You also can choose use the shredder machine to reduction the material size, vits according to your requirement; if use the shredder, the blades will lasting longer time and save blades changing labor cost;This production line can come with the plastic baler machine, to produce the plastic bale easy for transportation.
Also we have the hydraulic bale cutting machine, it can shearing the bale into smaller pieces. After the shearing we have the trommel machine use to screening out the inside sand, rocks from the material;In the end, can choose use our new designed machine, film squeezing machine; It can drying the material better but less power consumption;

PE/PP壓縮一體造粒線: PE/PP Film Pelletizing Line
該生產線采用歐洲設計，技術先進， 主要用于干凈的HDPE/PP 薄膜原材料，邊角料和破碎，清洗，干燥后的 HDPE/LDPE/PP 料。 通過輸送帶將物料送入切割壓實倉，通過切割壓實倉的高速旋轉將物料送入擠出機螺桿；該螺桿是專門為切割壓實塑料造粒而設計的，具有進料快，耐磨損等優點，帶有自然排氣孔和抽真空系統； 能有效的將物料內部的水份排出；擠出機使用鑄鋁加熱器，經久耐用；
切割壓實倉能有效的將物料干燥，凝聚，摩擦自熱將物料達到一定的溫度后高速強制喂入螺桿，提高了產量以及減少了螺桿對塑料的加熱量，加快了塑化進程；能有效的節約能耗；
擠出機上安裝有液壓換網器，能有效的將物料中的雜質去除；通過不同目數的濾網使用來生產不同質量的成品；機頭部分特殊設計能有效排出物料內部隱藏的水份，提高造粒質量；
也可以配備使用雙階造粒系統，使用兩個擠出機將物料經過二次過濾，使生產的粒子更干凈，質量更高；
可以配備振動篩以便篩選出尺寸不合格產品；使得產品粒子尺寸均勻，美觀。后續切粒方式可以選擇拉條切粒方式，也可以選擇磨面切粒方式（水環切粒方式）以節省人工，減少廢料產生；
生產線可根據客戶物料干凈程度，成品質量要求來特殊設計；
With the Agglomerating system to force feeding specially for the clean flim; This PE/PP Film Agglomerating Pelletizing Line adopt the Europe design, advanced technology; Its mainly for the clean HDPE/PP film material, sack material and for the crushed, washed, film material; It use the conveyor machine feeding material into the compactor with metal detector fixed on it; The compactor will cutting and agglomerating the raw material, and continuously feeding material into the screw with high speed so the capacity is high; The screw and barrel is made by 38CrMnAlA mterial which is durable use; The extruder have air vent degassing system to outlet the humidity. We also have the vacuum degassing system for optional choose(Its better for the humidity outlet). The extruder heating by the cast aluminum heater and cooling by blower, its durable use;
There is hydraulic screen changer installed on the extruder to filtering out the dirty. Its driven by the hydraulic system very fast and non-stop. Very convenient for the screen change; You can use different mesh screen to producedifferen quality granules;
You can use one extruder or two extruder for 2 times filtering. use two extruder will do one more time filtering so the output material will be better quality.
There are 2 different cutting model for choose: haul-off string cutting type, die face(water-ring) cutting system. Withthe die face cutting can produce more beautiful and uniform granules. Also it can save labor and generating less waste material; You can choose use the vibrating screen machine to screening out bigger size material and blowing it back into extruderre-granulation.
