單軸撕碎機

單軸撕碎機專為大量撕碎各種材料而特殊設計，如打包成捆的薄膜、大塊實心體料塊、水口料、厚壁管材、托盤、汽車保險杠、木材等非金屬制品。

特點：

1、轉子上帶有特殊的刀座，可安裝方形刀塊。方形刀塊的設計確保了切割的高效率，并防止了熱量產生。方形刀塊一個角磨損后，只需簡單地轉換刀塊的方向即可繼續使用。根據客戶不同的撕碎材料和最終顆粒要求，可選擇不同刀具和篩網。

2、刀具高度可調整，以適應不同的材料。

3、刀座用螺栓固定，便于清潔保養。

4、為了能更好的撕碎大體積的材料，比如實心料塊、托盤等，液壓推桿前增加了鋸齒狀的推料板。為防止材料在推料器和破碎腔之間推積起來，推料器安裝了尼龍滑板，使破碎材料順暢進入破碎腔。由液壓控制的推料器將待破碎材料不斷推向轉子，如果機器過載，轉子將反轉，而推料器則停止推進，返到起始位。
